Convention Packages

Three different convention packages are available:

1. Chempax Commuter Package: A 3-day conference package from Wednesday May 12th thru Friday May 14th for local attendees who do not plan to stay overnight at the convention center.
2. Chempax Overnight Package: A 3-day conference package for overnight hotel guests that begins with dinner on Tuesday, May 11th, and ends with lunch on Friday, May 14th.
3. eChempax Package: New in 2010, a 1-day conference package on Wednesday May 12th for executives, sales managers, and sales agents using eChempax.

Chempax Commuter Package (3 days from 5/12 - 5/14)

The following services are included in the Chempax Commuter Package:

• Three upscale buffet lunches.
• Five continuous morning and afternoon refreshment breaks.
• Gala cocktail reception hosted by Datacor (dinner is available at an additional fee with this package).
• All educational seminars, classes, training sessions and panel discussions.
• Computer Workshops with high speed Internet access.
• All resource materials.
• Modernized meeting rooms in one of the top 10 conference centers in the U. S. with Herman Miller Aeron chairs.
• Conference service desk staff providing message services while meetings are in progress.
• Computer Kiosk stations.
• Complimentary high speed wireless internet access throughout the hotel.
• Full Concierge services and complimentary parking.
• 24-hour Technology Resource Center with access to laptop stations, computer workstations and software.
• Business Center with computer services, printers, faxing, copying, packaging, shipping and courier services.
• Full use of hotel recreational facilities including a large indoor/outdoor swimming pool, fitness room, sauna, whirlpool, tennis, basketball, racquetball & walleyball courts and many walking & jogging trails nearby. Golf privileges can be arranged at a nearby 18-hole championship golf course.
• Exclusive use of the Datacor reserved pool table in Vanderbilts for all three nights of the program.
• All food, convention taxes, gratuities, guest service fees, and service charges.

The early registration price for the Chempax Commuter Convention Package is $1075.00 per person if paid by 2/15/10. The advanced registration price is $1175.00 per person if paid by 3/14/10. The late registration price is $1275.00 per person if paid any time after 3/14/10.

Chempax Overnight Package (3 days, 3 nights starting on 5/11)

The Chempax Overnight Package includes all of the items listed in the commuter package above, plus:

• Three full buffet breakfasts.
• Three elaborate buffet dinners with a la carte entrée options.
• Gratuities for bell staff.
• Daily newspaper delivery.
• In room coffee.
• In room wireless Internet.
• On Demand movie selection.
• Web TV and Nintendo®

The early registration price for the Overnight Convention Package is $1295.00 per person if paid by 2/15/10. The advanced registration price is $1395.00 per person if paid by 3/14/10. The late registration price is $1495.00 per person if paid any time after 3/14/10.

Note: Hotel accommodations are NOT included in the Chempax Overnight Convention Package price. All attendees who choose the overnight package will need to make their own arrangements. eChempax Package (1 day on Wednesday May 12th)

The following services are included in the eChempax Package:

• One upscale buffet lunch.

• All eChempax educational seminars, classes, and training sessions being held on Wednesday May 12th.
• All resource materials.
• Modernized meeting rooms in one of the top 10 conference centers in the U. S. with Herman Miller Aeron chairs.
• Conference service desk staff providing message services while meetings are in progress.
• Computer Kiosk stations.
• Complimentary high speed wireless internet access throughout the hotel.

The early registration price for the eChempax 1-day Package is $550.00 per person if paid by 2/15/10. The advanced registration price is $600.00 per person if paid by 3/14/10. The late registration price is $650.00 per person if paid any time after 3/14/10.
