Are you aware that Congress reinstated the Superfund Tax on 42 taxable chemicals and 151 taxable substances, effective July 1, 2022? The Superfund Tax will be in effect from July 1, 2022 through December 31, 2031, during which time each taxpayer must make deposits of tax semimonthly for periods in which the tax liability is incurred.
