Consulting, Training and Support Specialist
You will work directly with both customers and the development team to address customer needs. You will provide effective delivery of customer services and prompt resolution of customer issues as well as review, analyze and modify ERP applications to improve the quality of our products.
Business Systems Software Developer
As a member of our team, you will interface with both customers and the development team to address customer needs. Chempax Implementation Consultant
You will be responsible for leading implementations of our software applications at client sites to assure effective project delivery. You will provide leadership and guidance and oversee all project activities including installation, implementation, and training. Prior experience with Chempax a plus.
