The safety and health of our customers is our top priority and with that in mind, due to the COVID-19 pandemic, we have made the decision to cancel this year’s InterAXions conference. Given all relevant circumstances, including the continued unknown variables of the ongoing pandemic, corresponding changes by governments, and challenges to businesses, this was an unavoidable decision.

In the meantime, we remain committed to providing top-notch training to our customers. Launching in May, we will deliver on-demand training through an in-depth, online learning experience. We will also schedule live “What’s New” webinars for each platform to let you know the latest news at Datacor and showcase new features and updates available in your software. Additional information about this unique opportunity will be available in the coming weeks.

Registration Rollover/Refund

If you have registered for InterAXions, we are offering two choices in handling your 2020 registration cancellation:

• Roll over your 2020 registration to the 2021 conference (May 18-21, 2021), thereby securing 2020 pricing for 2021, avoiding any price increases; OR
• Refund your registration to the credit card used in your purchase.

If you were a registered attendee of InterAXions 2020, please contact interaxions@datacor.com to manage your registration cancellation.

Hotel Reservations

Datacor has worked directly with the Wyndham Hamilton Park to cancel all existing hotel reservations. You do NOT need to contact the hotel regarding your reservation. You will receive a cancellation confirmation from the hotel shortly. For questions regarding your hotel reservation cancellation, please contact Eileen Della-Pietra.
