Customer: The Lewis Chemical CompanyIndustry: Specialty Chemical Manufacturing Use cases: Datacor VisionAI for document processing, DataLab for AI-driven dashboards and analytics
I'm Zach Raiford. I'm a senior vice president with Lewis Chemical Company. We currently use multiple product lines from Datacor. What we're interested in is having AI look at the tables, pulling the information to dashboards so that you can see how your business is performing, look at inventory stock trends, stock outs. Also, just the everyday tasks. You have purchase orders that you have to generate, invoices, packing slips coming in. So, working with them on automating some of those processes where your key team members are not going through paperwork, punching it all together, using AI to read through the attachments from an email, bind those with an invoice or with a packing slip and get the okay to post. So that's bringing up our team for more high priority items rather than just the day to day administrative functions. Have the data at your fingertips. That way you're able to make those decisions when they're needed. It keeps us ahead of our competition. I'm Zach Raiford, the senior vice president at the Lewis Chemical Company. We are one team with Datacor.
From raw data to real-time decisions
Lewis Chemical runs on multiple Datacor product lines — and they wanted more than reports. They wanted AI that reads the tables behind the scenes and turns them into dashboards their team can act on: how the business is performing, where inventory is trending, and when a stock-out is coming before it becomes a problem.

Less paperwork, more high-priority work
Every day, chemical distributors generate purchase orders, process invoices, and reconcile packing slips. For Lewis Chemical, Datacor AI is automating that administrative load — reading attachments straight from email, matching them against invoices and packing slips, and routing them for approval to post.
The result: key team members aren't stuck punching paperwork together. They're freed up for the decisions that actually move the business forward.
Data at your fingertips, decisions on your timeline
When information is available the moment it's needed, decisions happen faster — and that speed is a competitive advantage.
